I hope you’re feeling relaxed and restored after some time off over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Whether you spent it locally or traveling, with family or friends, in nature or shopping, I hope you did something that filled your heart and soul.

While the holiday season is supposed to be “merry and bright,” for many of us it’s actually pretty stressful because there’s even more to do both at work and at home.

And with fewer daylight hours to do it all, overwhelm and anxiety levels rise.

This can quickly lead to insomnia, migraines, weight gain, digestive issues, irregular periods, or a flare up of whatever your chronic health issue might be. (Not to mention a lot of self criticism about how we should be doing it allbetter.)

It’s quite the tricky balance for us ambitious, career-minded women who also want to have a life and aren’t interested in working round the clock at the expense of family and health… but still attempt to “do it all.”

So how do we do it? How can we have both a thriving career and a healthy, vibrant life in balance?

I call it Whole Life Leadership.

This holistic approach to life is designed specifically to help hard working, ambitious women who are ready for more recognition, responsibility and leadership at work, but who also deeply yearn to slow down and find more integration, ease and joy in their whole life.

In this program, I help you learn how to connect with your body, mind and spirit while improving your confidence, leadership skills and health, so you can have more success, while working less and taking better care of yourself.

My ultimate vision is that you know deep down that when you stop trying to do it all, the easier your work becomes, and the happier and more successful you are, even as you’re earning more responsibility.

It might be hard to believe from where you stand now, but it’s true.

A thriving career, vibrant health, authentic relationships, with more self acceptance, ease and joy. You become accountable to yourself as the true leader of your own life.
